Have you ever struggled with picking out outfits before your photoshoot? Well I've compiled a list of my top 5 tips that you need to know that will hopefully get rid of the struggle!
1. Stick with neutrals
Now I'm not gonna stop you if you are ready to rock a neon pink dress, but if you aren't sure what colors to gravitate towards, neutrals are always a sure way to go! They work well with almost any environment and look classic for years to come!
2. Wear something you absolutely love
Taking photos can already seem kind of nerve-racking when you first arrive, so the last thing you want is to be wearing something you don't feel absolutely confident in. Choose an outfit that showcases who you are and your personality, but also one that you feel most yourself and beautiful in! Wear a cute outfit that you wear often or are known for wearing. For one of my outfits for my own senior pictures I wore this one flowy white sweater and black and white skirt that my friends knew I wore ALL. THE. TIME. And yet even though it seems like you wouldn't wanna wear something that's overdone, it can really help make your pictures more natural and fun because you'll already feel comfortable in it AND when you look back at your photos years later, you'll remember that fav outfit!

3. Go with something flowy & not super tight
One of the most annoying things to have to be doing when you're getting your photos taken is constantly pulling and tugging at your outfit to make it fit right. If an outfit is too tight or doesn't fit in the right places, it can make you annoyed and more self-conscious about yourself and that's the last thing you want. You want an outfit that you can spin, run, laugh, and have the time of your life in! Because with me we'll be doing all of those things!

4. Bring multiple outfits
If your session is for multiple outfits, bring an extra one or two so you can try them on and have options for the day of if one of them doesn't work! It's always best to have more than you actually need just in case anything goes wrong on the day of or if you change your mind when you get to the location. If you're unsure of what you want to wear, then bringing multiple outfits is perfect because I can help you decide between them! It's always helpful to have an outside opinion!
5. Bring a statement outfit
While neutrals are always a great way to go for most of the outfits, you should also have at least one statement outfit! Maybe its your fav red dress or that new green jumpsuit you just bought, this is a perfect time to show it off!
And my personal favorite statement outfit:
